PAYMENTAll invoices must be paid by the due dates listed. Just Be Happy Events may pause planning, purchasing, reservations, or services if payment is past due. All remaining balances must be paid before event-day services are provided.CHANGES & ADDITIONAL SERVICESChanges to the event, design, guest count, vendors, rentals, timeline, or original scope may require additional planning, sourcing, coordination, staffing, or event-day hours and may result in additional fees.VENDORS & RENTALSThird-party vendors and rental companies are independent businesses and are not employees of Just Be Happy Events. Just Be Happy Events is not responsible for vendor cancellations, delays, failure to perform, damaged items, lost items, or circumstances outside of our control.The Client is responsible for any vendor contracts, venue requirements, rental deposits, replacement costs, and damage fees related to their event.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESThe Client agrees to provide accurate event information, timely approvals, payments, venue information, and decisions necessary for Just Be Happy Events to complete the agreed services.Delays or changes caused by the Client, venue, or vendors may affect the timeline and may result in additional charges.CANCELLATIONThe commitment fee and rush booking fee are non-refundable.If the Client cancels the event, payments for services already completed, sourcing work, purchased items, rentals, custom items, vendor payments, and other non-refundable expenses will not be refunded.The Client remains responsible for any services already performed or expenses committed on their behalf prior to cancellation.RESCHEDULINGRescheduling is subject to Just Be Happy Events’ availability. Payments may be transferred to a new event date at our discretion, excluding expenses already incurred or non-refundable payments.Additional fees may apply if the new date or event requires additional work.VENUE & EVENT CONDITIONSThe Client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits all planned décor, installations, rentals, entertainment, food, alcohol, vendors, and event activities.Just Be Happy Events is not responsible for venue restrictions, closures, weather, parking, access issues, property rules, or other circumstances outside of our control.DAMAGE & PERSONAL PROPERTYJust Be Happy Events is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings belonging to the Client, guests, vendors, or venue.The Client may be held responsible for damage caused by the Client or their guests to rentals, vendor property, Just Be Happy Events property, or the venue.UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCESJust Be Happy Events will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform due to circumstances reasonably outside of our control, including severe weather, emergencies, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, or transportation interruptions.AGREEMENTThis agreement, together with the Client’s approved proposal and/or invoice, represents the agreement between Just Be Happy Events and the Client. Any changes to services or pricing should be confirmed in writing.By signing below, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
